It is an intended operation to prevent screen burn-in.
As frequently displayed images like the lock screen may permanently imprint on the screen, Samsung applied a function that slightly moves all the pixels of the ‘Watch Always On’ face periodically. Therefore, when the screen enters ‘Watch Always On’ or leaves this mode, the displayed image can move slightly.
