Q: Sometimes when i try to use fingerprint-recognition on the screen, my device doesn’t recognize the fingerprint properly or it doesn’t respond immediately.
A: To reduce the noise that may occur temporarily when you turn your screen on or off, it’s required a short time of about 0.3sec, which initializes the related TSP module. So, if you try to recognize the fingerprint as soon as you turn the screen on or off, the device may not recognize it properly. Please try again after a while.
