While using a Samsung-approved wireless charging pad, my Galaxy Z Flip is not secure.

While using a Samsung-approved wireless charging pad, my Galaxy Z Flip is not secure and eventually slides down until it falls onto the floor/table/ground.

A: If the Galaxy Z Flip is not placed right on the center of the wireless charging pad, the device may slide down from the charger during charging. 

Before charging your battery wirelessly, please fold the device first, then place the device in the correct position, with the charging coil on the Galaxy Z Flip’s back right on center of the wireless charger, as shown in the image below. Also please confirm that the device is securely mounted on the charger.
