After Updating The Firmware On My YH-925 or YH-820, My MP3 Player Is No Longer Working
If after updating the firmware on your YH-925 or YH-820, any of the following errors occur, the device may require service.
Error Message appears on the device. Message will indicate that the firmware update has not been successful, please call 0860 726786. If this is the case, attempt to use the Rollback Utility found in the Download Center and then attempt the upgrade again. If the error repeats, the player will require service. If the device says MTP Updating for longer than an hour, the device will require service.
Device may work for one to two days and then quit working. The device will no longer be recognized or the Recovery Utility. In this case, the Firmware Rollback Utility is not an option as it will not recognize the device either. The player will require service.
