What is the Samsung Rewards Program?
Samsung Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards our customers simply by purchasing products through the Samsung Australia Online Store or via the Samsung Shop App.
There are 3 reward tiers - Blue, Gold & Platinum
When you join, you'll automatically become a Blue tier member and you'll benefit straight away by earning rewards points on all eligible purchases. The higher Samsung Rewards tiers comes with additional benefits, such as increased rewards earn rates, promotions & discounts.

How do I register for Samsung Rewards?
By signing up to a new Samsung Account, you will be automatically enrolled in to Samsung Rewards. This means that there is nothing you need to do and you will start benefiting from Rewards straight away.
Please note: if you created your Samsung Account before 18th April 2023, you will need to opt-in to join Samsung Rewards during checkout on samsung.com, through Rewards on MyPage, or through Samsung Members.

How is my Rewards tier determined?
You will automatically be enrolled as a Blue tier member as soon as you join Samsung Rewards.
If you spend between $2,500 and $3,999 within 2 years of joining Samsung Rewards, you'll be promoted to the Gold tier and receive additional benefits. To stay as a Gold tier member, you'll need to spend between $2,500 and $3,999 within the 2 year time period after your upgrade.
If you spend $4,000 or more within 2 years of joining Samsung Rewards, you'll be promoted to the Platinum tier and receive additional benefits. To stay as a Platinum tier member, you'll need to spend $4,000 or more within the 2 year time period after your upgrade.
I made a purchase before joining Samsung Rewards, will I be eligible for points on that purchase?
Only purchases made via the Samsung Australia Online Store or Samsung Shop App after you have joined Samsung Rewards will be eligible for Samsung Rewards points.
Purchases made through the Samsung Education Store, Samsung Government Store, or Enhanced Partnership Portals are not eligible for Samsung Rewards or tier benefits.
I bought a Samsung product from somewhere else. Can my purchase be included towards my Rewards tier status?
Only purchases made via the Samsung Australia Online Store or Samsung Shop App are considered towards your Samsung Rewards tier membership status.
Purchases made through the Samsung Education Store, Samsung Government Store, or Enhanced Partnership Portals are not eligible for Samsung Rewards or tier benefits.
How long does it take my tier to change when I'm eligible for the next tier?
Samsung Rewards tier eligibility is checked on the last day of every month, and will consider all purchases made over the previous 24 months that have passed the 14 day cooling off period. If the purchase isn't included in one month, then it will be considered in the following month.
After your tier is evaluated on the last day of every month, any changes to your tier will be reflected on the 10th day of the following month.
Where can I check my Samsung Rewards points balance and/or my tier status?
You can check your points balance, and your tier status by logging in to your Samsung Account at any time and visiting MyPage at samsung.com/au/mypage/rewards/
If I am upgraded to a Gold or Platinum tier, how long will I keep that tier?
You will receive Gold or Platinum benefits for the 24 months immediately after you upgrade to the respective tier. To retain your Gold or Platinum tier, you will need to have spent the required amount on the Samsung Australia Online Store or the Samsung Shop App within the previous 24 months.
Purchases made through the Samsung Education Store, Samsung Government Store, or Enhanced Partnership Portals are not eligible for Samsung Rewards or tier benefits.

What happens to my rewards points if I cancel or return an order?
Your Samsung Rewards tier and points will be reviewed every month based on your purchases from the Samsung Australia Online Store, or via the Samsung Shop App. If you cancel or return an order, the equivalent rewards points will not be added to your account and will not be taken in to account for calculation of your tier.
Where Rewards points are used as payment or part-payment for an order and you cancel or return that order, those points will be returned to your account 5 business days after the order is fully returned to Samsung Australia.
Samsung Rewards points will be credited to your account 14 days after delivery of your order, after the applicable return period has elapsed.

Samsung Rewards points are not transferrable, and can only be earned and redeemed from the Samsung Account the purchase was made from.
Samsung Rewards points can only be earned and redeemed through the Samsung Australia Online Store (samsung.com/au) and are not eligible to be earned or redeemed the Samsung Education Store, Samsung Government Store, or Enhanced Partnership Portals.
If you'd like to opt-out of Samsung Rewards, then please follow the process below:
1) Go to privacy.samsung.com
2) Log in to your Samsung Account
3) Click on “My Data”, and then select the "Delete", menu option
4) Tick the select icon next to Samsung Rewards
5) Click on "Request deletion" at the bottom of the page
Yes! Our Global Rewards Points program gives you the opportunity to convert Samsung Rewards Points from other participating countries to be transferred to your current country.
Please note: Rewards Points transfers are available between Rewards programs in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Korea, United States and selected other countries. For a full list of participating countries, please contact us samsung.com/au/support/contact
To start, you will need to review your current Rewards points balance by logging in to your My Rewards page samsung.com/au/mypage/rewards
If you have available Rewards points that can be transferred from a different country, you will provided an option to convert those points to your current country.
Global Rewards Points that are successfully transferred will generally show up in your Samsung Rewards points balance immediately.
Please note: Global Rewards Points are only available to be transferred from participating countries where the global rewards program is operating. Participating countries may change at any time due to operation status of that country. The Samsung Rewards Account sending the points and the Samsung Rewards Account receiving the points need to be registered to the same Samsung Account.
You can use your transferred Rewards points in the same way as your normal Samsung Rewards points earned on local purchases.
Any Samsung Rewards points that you transfer from another country have the expiration date of the country that the Rewards points were originally transferred from.
